Our home-grown, handmade jam is made from organic sugar and  raspberries that we pick at the peak of ripeness during summer. It is heated to the point of just-set, so that it retains as much fresh raspberry flavor as possible.

This jam is 54% fruit and 46% organic sugar. Nutrition information is available below.

Use as sweet or savoury–goes great on pancakes or as an accompaniment for cheese!

This jam is packaged in a re-usable swing-top jar. By packaging in re-usable containers we are minimizing the embodied energy of our products. The energy burned to make the jar is recycled every time you use it!
