Our home-grown, handmade sauce is made from organic sugar and a blend of red and green gooseberries that we pick at the peak of ripeness during summer. The berries are cooked to the point of bursting, and taste as fresh and tart as they should.

This sauce is 75% fruit and 25% organic sugar. Nutrition information is available below.

This jam is packaged in a re-usable swing-top jar. By packaging in re-usable containers we are minimizing the embodied energy of our products. The energy burned to make the jar is recycled every time you use it!
