Our free-range, organically fed turkeys are raised on pasture in our orchard and have continuous access to fresh, nutrient-rich forage. The turkeys’ diverse diet of pasture and certified organic feed enhances their health and well-being by allowing them to express their natural behaviours of foraging and scratching.

We raise the heritage ‘Bronze’ breed of turkey that is well suited to free ranging. They grow more slowly than other turkey breeds, resulting in richer, juicier, and more succulent meat.
